Template Design vs Custom Design Website What’s Better & Why

Your business website plays a major role in your brand’s online presence.

A well-designed website gives a good impression to your prospective customers. Not only this, it allows you to nurture your leads thereby resulting in more conversions. Therefore, you can’t afford any website failure or else your customers may bounce off your website.

A website has to be designed to ensure a good user experience. Today’s audience is smart, they judge businesses within seconds. So you obviously want to make a positive first impression.

Have you decided to invest in a new website for your business? Do you prefer a pre-designed template or custom designed? Don’t get confused, we are here to help you with this.

Let’s first understand what is pre-designed and custom-built designs. Then we will move forward with their pros and cons.

Website Templates
A template site is an ideal option if the project is simple. The easiest way to start a website is to set up a WordPress site and apply a template that is purchased from third parties like ThemeForest, Template Monster, or Elegant Themes, etc.

Many website templates have been pre designed by the developers. They can be purchased by third parties for developing websites quickly. The built-in features ultimately weigh down the load speed as well as SEO performance.

The template codes are available to the one who purchases them. There packages that can be installed and configured, they get updated on a regular basis. You sometimes also get technical support for the installation and configuration of the templates.

The major issue with pre-designed templates is that other users also buy the same template that you purchase. Therefore, your website will look quite similar to a few other websites. In this case, standing out becomes a challenging affair.

Pros of Template websites

  • The initial cost of purchasing the template is low. However, customization makes it costly.
  • The overall development time is less. All you have to do is add content, create texts and pictures
  • Quick and cost-effective deployment as hosting service providers give inexpensive plans in order to host a template website
  • High return on investment
  • Easy maintenance as it involves only text and pictures.
  •
    Cons of Templates

  • No uniqueness as the same pre-designed template is used by other customers as well.
  • You get limited functions and pre-packaged features.
  • No dynamic data is present and that makes the website a little monotonous.
  • Search engines like Google and Bing have certain guidelines but a template can’t satisfy as it is not optimized for SEO.
  •
Although templates are created to give the wow effect using design tricks. They have appealing colors, beautiful graphics, and impressive animation. These templates are best for displaying static information but they are helpless when it comes to serving dynamic information like stock prices, sales promotions, etc. Today, websites require functionalities having dynamic data as it is the need of the hour. Besides this, SEO is another major concern. For getting ranked prominently by popular search engines like Google and Bing, they don’t support all elements that include title, meta tags, keywords, etc.

Next, we move on to the custom-designed website.

    Custom built websites
A custom-tor made website is tailor-made for your organization. Having a unique design, the functionality adheres to specific requirements. Therefore, it makes it easy for you to stand out from your competition.

Custom-built websites come with the thought process regarding your target audience, how you want the website to function and how you want the complete website to function.

Personalized websites are way better than pre-built templates. This is because it is able to optimize the website during creation to allow search engines to read every page. This gives the end-user a more relevant search result going far beyond the keyword research. Therefore the custom-built websites give a better ranking.

Custom-built designs are responsive regardless of the devices. Building the website from the scratch gives you the opportunity to adjust the pitch. If you are not satisfied with the first draft, you can optimize as per your requirements. Although the cost of these designs is a bit higher and it takes a little longer to build these websites, the final product is amazing.

    Pros of custom-built design:

  • Goal-oriented as custom-built has every function you require.
  • As codes are controlled by a professional team, you can make the changes accordingly.
  • When updated constantly, custom websites are more secure compared to template designs.
  • The custom designs are highly responsive.
  • Being highly flexible, you adjust the website as per your marketing strategies.
  •
    Cons of custom built website

  • High initial cost
  • For guaranteed responsiveness and high security, it requires a fixed maintenance cost.
  • It may take from a few weeks to months to create a custom-made website.
  •
Template design or custom design website: Which one to prefer?
The obvious answer is custom design.
Your branding is powerful when the complete website is specifically optimized in a way that it fulfills your requirements while supporting your brand in a consistent way.
In the nutshell, a website is a very powerful tool when designed in the right manner. But if you have executed it poorly, it may work against you. Regardless of the types of business that you have, custom websites are way better than pre-designed templates in the long run.

What Does it Take to Create an Impressive Web Design?

What Does it Take to Create an Impressive Web Design

“Design is not what it looks like but what it feels like.” You all must have heard this Steve Jobs quote. A presentable website having a simple and well-thought structure definitely performs better and gains more traffic as well as leads.

Let’s explore the web design principles that will make your website aesthetically appealing, simple-to-use, and super-engaging.

    Strive for simplicity
If you over-design a website, nothing is going to work at all. Putting too many elements on the website means there will be complete chaos.
Less is more. Presentation is very important. Therefore, simplicity is something that certainly works in a website. Short and crisp sentences and innovative images are something that makes the overall website design appealing. You also should make navigation simple so that the user can navigate from one page to another effortlessly. Keep the overall design as simple as possible that is user-friendly.

    Consistency matters
Consistency is something most don’t pay attention to. Your designs should be matching, color theme should be the same throughout the page. Although your fonts, sizes, heading, sub-headings have to be the same on a single web page. Finalize the font type and colors of the page, stick to it and then implement the same. You can take the help of Cascading Style Sheets for the same.

    Purpose of every element
When you are finalizing, make sure every element has a reason to be there on the website. You have limited screen space and limited pages, so you have to make the most of it. You can’t afford to waste and fill-in content for the sake of it.
Every page of the website ought to have a clear purpose ensuring it helps the visitors find what they are actually looking for. Make sure there is nothing that confuses them. This will certainly help you in building a long brand-client relationship.

    Readability
Content is the king. No matter how good your designs are, if the content is not keyword-centric, nothing is going to work. You should be able to successfully provide desired information to your users making them aware that you have good industrial knowledge. Use keywords, meta-data, and other SEO elements in a smart way.
Choose fonts that are easy to read. Make a proper combination of the titles, headlines, sub-headings, body texts, CTA buttons. etc. Make the overall design conversion-focused rather than highlighting the CTA with super flashy buttons like “Buy Now” or “Click Here”. Call to Action should be so good that they lead the user from point A to point B effortlessly.

    Mobile responsiveness
Smartphones have become an important part of everyone’s life nowadays. If the design that you have planned for your website doesn’t work impressively on all the devices, you may be giving an advantage to your competitors. There is a number of ways that you can make your desktop design responsive and adaptive for all screen sizes. All you have to do is hire the right team of website designers for the same.

    Loading speed
No one likes a website that takes a couple of minutes to load. So, you have to optimize the image size, combine code in a central CSS to reduce HTTP requests. You can also compress HTML and CSS to quicken the loading screen of your website.

    Smooth navigation
Always remember that navigation is a core element of a website structure. Visitors are more likely to visit your website when there is easy navigation. You should create a logical hierarchy while designing clickable buttons. Design every page in a way that visitors get the required information in three clicks.
Consider what information has to be put together and what has to be on separate pages. But this doesn’t mean you will start creating pages unnecessarily. We advise you to create a multi-level navigation menu having appropriate keywords. This will help your customers find what they require that too at a faster pace. And yes, don’t forget to add a sitemap. This way, users will be exploring your website more.

    Easy communication
The ultimate purpose why users come across your website is to get information so that they can rely on your products or services. If you are able to communicate with your readers efficiently, they are certain to purchase what you offer. So, you should smartly make good use of headline and sub-headings, divide the content into bullet points, and it everything to the point.

    Wrapping Up
Developing an aesthetically appealing, mobile responsive, and functional website is not a challenging task. You should know what works and how. A crisp and user-friendly design offers you a win-win situation.
All the aforementioned principles make the overall website design effective and impressive. Without implementing them, you won’t go too far. So, what should matter the most is the essence of the website should be to clearly communicate that your business is there to solve a specific problem and it is doing that efficiently. Knowing the principles mentioned in the article makes it easier to implement everything without breaking your design.

How responsive web design can improve SEO of your site?

Are you still thinking about whether you need a responsive design for your website or not? Let me tell you, it is no longer a choice, it has become a necessity to sustain in the competitive digital world.

Improve your site’s SEO with responsive user-friendly designing

Most people prefer to use smartphones and tablets for browsing websites and if they don’t get a better experience on your website they will surely abandon you.

There are millions and millions of websites, but are they all responsive? The answer is simply no. The fact is that they are not aware of what a responsive website can do to their business.

But, you don’t have to leave any stone unturned in your business growth. For this, match the pace of the competitive world and adopt new ways of custom web development to serve your customers better.

With responsive web design, you don’t have to create separate versions of the mobile and PC of your site. Your site will adapt to whatever screen size your viewers are using and will display the content in a readable way.

Since Google announced that it is moving to more mobile-focused indexing. Responsive web design has become the hottest trend in the online world. Now, SEOs should not only be restricted to the PC version but cover the mobile version too.

Here in this blog, we will discuss how responsive web design can impact SEO.

Why is responsive web design good for SEO?

    Here are some important factors:

    Lower Bounce Rate

Google receives 1.6 billion unique visitors a month and this makes it the most popular search engine.

What Google does is, it sends users to sites that are helpful. If users land on your site and find it hard to navigate, they will bounce back from your site and this drops your ranking.

Google makes a note of this and won’t send users to a site that has a high bounce rate.

With a responsive design, there are fewer chances that visitors will leave, as they will get all the content they need in a readable way.

Also, if you will give top-notch user experience to your users, you will have repeated users and more leads.

    Duplicate Content

Google crawlers need direction from SEOs in order to understand which pages are vital for the site.

If you go for a separate mobile version website, you will usually face duplicate content problems. Despite having different URLs for your mobile and desktop site, they will have the same content.

If you have the same content at two places on the web, your visitors can land on the wrong version of your site.

By optimising your site via responsive web design you are placing all content in one place. The content will be the same and display evenly regardless of the users of the devices.

    Recommended by Google

Google stated it ranks sites optimized for mobile higher in mobile searches. It has a separate index for mobile content. As this index is smaller, so if your website is responsive there are high chances that it will rank higher in mobile searches.

    Link Building

A responsive website will give you an upper edge over your competitors. As the link to your main site will be the same as your mobile site.

As the mobile usage rises and webmasters start linking to mobile sites, your website can be backed from mobile as well as the main site. This way you will have a stronger backlink profile.

    Page Loading Time

Your site can rank higher in Google if it loads as fast as possible. So it will be fruitful for you to make your site load faster to rank higher.

When there is more than one version of a website, a request by a mobile browser is sent to the server. However, in responsive web design, no such query is sent to the server. Moreover, responsive websites load faster than others.

    Social Media Sharing

It helps in building an audience and increasing a fan base. Well, having a mobile responsive design will make it easier for your visitors to share content on social media. This will in return fetch you more visitors.

Having good traffic will make Google know that your website could be trusted which is a good thing for your site.

If your site is unresponsive, then visitors will get frustrated while navigating social sharing buttons and will leave your site.

Improve SEO with other Search Engines

Other search engines also favor responsive web design. Bing is the second-highest-ranking search engines prefer responsive websites. So, if a user uses a search engine other than Google, then also if your site is responsive it will rank.

    Effective Content Marketing

Content marketing can increase traffic and improve your brand’s visibility. Responsive web design can make content marketing easier.

It can eliminate the need of creating different content for mobile and desktop versions. Moreover, content gets displayed in a standardised way regardless of the device used.

It will look good and appear the same on other devices.

    Cost-effective

If you don’t have to spend much on PPC ads and digital marketing you have a responsive site. It is a cost-effective way to boost your SERPS ranking.

Planning beforehand is of utmost importance if you want to incorporate a responsive web design. So, carefully plan and figure out how you want your website to look.

Digital Signage as an Effective Business Tool

    Digital-Signage

“63% of people report that digital signage catches their attention” – Rich Media Technologies – Outdoor Effectiveness 2016.

This percentage is significantly higher than TV, Internet and billboard advertising. Retailers are choosing digital signage due to its low cost and flexibility but high impact is the key advantage. Digital signage is essentially the ‘face’ of a store, it familiarises the target audience with the brand and ultimately makes the company more recognisable. With dynamic signs reinforcing brand messages through an immersive experience, retailers are eager to use signage to fully optimise communication with their customers.

In today’s day and age, when the cost of electronic displays is getting cheaper day-by-day. It makes sense to replace traditional banners and boards with TV Screens of desirable sizes. The conventional printed material are hard to dispose off. It can be fairly expensive to design, print and replace. With a customised and targeting marketing materials being displayed in HD on a TV screen, you can reach out to your customers in a better manner.

Design Bigger Picture for Great User Experiences

    Proton6-Holistic-Approach

    Let’s dive straight in:

Let us get inside the brain of an artist, and it could be anyone a painter, a photographer, or a sculptor. For me, it will be easy to explain from my experiences, so let us get into a photographer’s head.

I have been a hobbyist photographer with a keen interest in shooting nature and buildings. Whenever I am taking a picture, I always plan my shot. For example, if I am shooting a building, I will walk around that building for a good 10 minutes before even getting my camera out of my bag. Before taking any shot, I always ask myself why I am taking this shot, what exactly I am trying to capture, what do I want to focus on in my composition.

Once I have answered all the above-stated questions, only then I will fire the camera. Sometimes I do end up taking several shots from different angles (all because I spent good 10 minutes to plan my shot).

I can breakdown my process of clicking in the following steps:

    1. Time and Location Selection.
    2. Goals.
    3. Shot Preparation.
    4. Audience.
    5. Visibility.

All this hard work goes into creating some stunning compositions.

I have come up with my 5 Step process for perfect shots with lots of practice/ experience, patience, and tweaking.

Assuming painter and sculptors might also go through a somewhat similar process.

    Collage

Well, let me share another process. Apart from being a hobbyist photographer, I have a full-time job too, and that is the reason I am talking about something else which is more relevant than my hobby.

Wherein, I tried implementing my photography formula into other areas of my work.

In this blog, I would like to focus on the planning, design, and execution of a high-quality website design/software and user experience journey.

Before one dives into the website design and software development arena, we need to be clear in terms of goals, objectives and should establish a transparent approach towards long term result-oriented websites.

In addition to the above feasibility study, competitor analysis and stakeholder research should be carried out carefully.

    Website Goals:

We need to look at both the Micro and Macro level; the whole team should be very clear about every single web page, as the individual or a complete website.

By establishing clear goals at both above-stated levels, one can ensure that website structure and content are going to guide the visitor towards a guaranteed desired outcome.

The outcome could be different on a different page, depending on the types of services/products on offer. In some situations, it could be data capture for new products or services; on the other hand, it could be the sale of a product or a service.

    Target Audience:

Be transparent with your target audience (Aimless arrow does not get anywhere). The target audience is the key to your design. If your target audience is elderly, then you have to ensure that navigation structure is straightforward and content is laid out systematically so that information is available easily.

    Structure and Design:

The development team has to work on a scalable and robust technical platform, ensuring the site structure is on firm foundations. Furthermore, the overall design should convey the brand identity.

Website look and feel, images, fonts, colours, etc. should be uniform and in line with brand identity. Consistency is the key, and it can be achieved if enough time is spent in the planning phase.

    Content is King:

Clearly laid out content can do wonders to any website. You can hit the right chord with your target audience if your content resonates with the pain points of your end-user. It can be rightly said in terms of content – if you share the pain, you can only gain.

The use of clear and concise language topped up with a clever structural and logical approach can do wonders.

    Online visibility:

Your website/business could be the best kept hidden secret. During the planning phase, we need to sow the seeds of online visibility to get the best possible online visibility.

The core of online visibility is a “Keyword,” and keywords enable Google or Bing to pull up your website for any search initiated by end-user. Content copywriter and digital marketing team need to work in harmony, to produce the best possible content with relevant keywords. Furthermore, there are other technical aspects that can be taken care of by SEO team.

    Website page speed:

It is another critical factor to be considered. If the website is too heavy to load, this will lead to a bad user experience. Furthermore, websites that take longer to load get lower ranking on search engines.

Finally, device compatibility, your technical team should ensure that every single page is compatible with different devices. In today’s day and age, content is consumed on different devices, e.g. mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and PC’s, etc. Content should be accessible and provide high end-user experience on all devices.

7 Best Practices of Website Design And Development 2020

    Design-And-Development

Before we start the blog let me share a little story, two of my younger nephews Andy and Charlie, both wanted bikes as a birthday gift. Andy wanted something basic and functional. Any added gizmo would be a bonus; on the other hand, Charlie was not sure from the start. Charlie wanted something high end with lots of gadgets on it. They were both given set budgets.

Well, I took Andy to the bike shop and took him only 15 minutes to decide, and it was lower than the budget allocated, so he ended up having a few gadgets on the bike. We were out of the shop in less than half an hour.

Contrary, Charlie on his birthday, he was still confused, we still went to the bike shop, we went to 3-4 different bike shops. He did not like anything and did not have a clear choice in his mind. Charlie ended up with nothing, and poor Charlie is still riding his elder brother’s old bike, and I believe, he has to wait till his next birthday, whereas Andy is enjoying his bike meanwhile.

After this, I sat down with Charlie and made him understand why it is so important to have a clear requirement and budget. I also made him aware that he could have bought a bike and upgraded it slowly. I am sure Charlie is looking forward to his new bike on his next birthday.

How can we relate this story to the blog topic? With my experience working in a web design and development agency, I can say that Andy had a very clear vision and he ended up with good results. In contrast, Charlie never had any clear vision and tried different 3-4 outlets but ended up empty-handed.

Responsibility also lies with web design and development companies to guide the clients in the right direction with the right advice.

We, at Proton6, have a very clear client onboarding process, where we discuss the client idea in-depth and come up with a minimum viable product and set up client expectations accordingly. It is very easy to get entangled in tech world jargon, and I believe it is the responsibility of agencies to break down website design and development processes.

Your website is online representations of you, your team and your business. If you take pride in what you do and give your online customer’s similar experience that you would provide on the phone or their visit to your office premises, think of your website the same way.

Let’s lay-out some crucial points that must be taken care of by both client and agency during the website development lifecycle of any project.

    1) Don’t be Charlie, Do the Proper Planning

As stated above in my anecdote, Charlie knew he wanted a bike but had vague requirements whereas Andy had clear requirements; hence eventually, he ended up with a bike. Planning and feasibility study is critical before you make a selection of a website design for the great user experience.

    2) Consistency is the Key

Be consistent in your brand identity. Creating a strong brand identity is very crucial across all customer contact points. Your logo, Typography, colour schemes, icons, and fonts should all be consistent across the website.
Every single page should reinforce your brand proposition.

    3) Mobile-First Experience

With the arrival of 3G and 4G mobile networks, end-users have been consuming data like crazy. The website must be responsive and work seamlessly on all devices. The overall user experience should be flawless.

With the arrival of 5G mobile networks, more end-users will be consuming data on mobile devices. Search engines have been giving preferences to Mobile-friendly websites. I can not emphasize more on this.

    4) Loading Speed

Part of user experience and SEO principles, the website loading speed should be blazing fast. No one wants to wait for pages to load or any query to return an answer.

Your web design and development agency should take care of this by optimizing the pages, images and rest of the content.

You can use various tools to check your website speed e.g. think like google, pingdom, page speed insights by google. Furthermore, if you are in the process of increasing site speed focus on one specific tool rather than using all tools at one time.

    5) SEO – On-page

You want your website to be on top of search results. Your bespoke custom web development company should perform all on-page SEO activities like sitemap submissions, SEO tags, and Webmaster linking.

The golden rule is to think about both machines (google, bing, yahoo) and humans (customers & end-users) while creating your website.

    6) Social Media

Social media is one of the most powerful tools one can use to create brand awareness, client communication and launch of new products. By allowing users to navigate to your social media platforms from your website can reinforce customer trust and enhance brand visibility.

The key is to be selective with the social media platform. Social media is a vast topic and can be covered in upcoming blogs.

    7) Client Trust (Secure Website)

Any building needs a strong foundation to ensure reliability, trust, and longevity. You will always think twice to walk on a rotten wood bridge, the same is the situation with your end-users. They would not register or place any orders if the site is not secure.

Ensure that user data is protected and have all security checks in place. Consider having the website hosted on a secure server, ensure your site has an SSL certificate and finally go one step ahead by having a firewall in place. Your web design and development company should have web server infrastructure specialist inhouse.

    Conclusion

I could have gone on and on with 50 different recommendations, but I have managed to focus on the most important ones. Most essential takeaways from this blog should be brand identity, planning and technical know-how of the web design and development company.
Key is to select the correct agency and work with like-minded people, who can feel your brand ethos. At Proton6, we can help you with every step of bespoke custom web design and development.

5 Things to Consider During Your eCommerce Website Development

Who doesn’t want to trade 24×7 and 365 days a year? The only answer is to trade online using an eCommerce platform. Ecommerce website development can be a complex process unless you are street smart and pick up the right eCommerce Website Design & Development Agency.

Agencies should be able to break down complex challenging processes involved in the completion of your eCommerce project.

There is an old saying that one should learn from others’ failures. I was involved in an eCommerce business selling ladies handbags, purses and accessories (more than 14+ years ago). We had to wrap up the company within a year. I want to make a few recommendations based on my personal experiences and technical expertise.

    Let’s dive in.

    The Right Platform:

Ecommerce platforms are essentially software packages that enable you and your end-user to perform various sales-related activities.

These activities can be on the user front end or back end that controls stock and warehouse management. There are various eCommerce packages that are easily available in the market, e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, and open-cart etc.

Selecting an eCommerce platform depends on your business operation requirements, eCommerce platform budget, and business scalability. Once you have made your operational requirements clear to your eCommerce development agency, they should be able to select the right platform for your business.

    User-Focused and Responsive Designs:

You have specific products and services to sell, be 100% clear about your target market. Once you know your target market, your eCommerce platform should cater to the end-users name, but at the same, it should highlight your product or service to full potential.

With the ease of access to the internet, there has been a massive surge in content consumption on mobile devices (Mobiles, tablets, gaming consoles etc.) and this brings challenges of content optimisation for all devices. Robust implementation of responsive design can make your website accessible to masses and provide a better user experience.

    Website Usability:

Your end-user should be at the heart of everything you plan for the eCommerce website. Firstly the utmost critical factor is page load speed. Ensure that the developers are continually improving page load speed. Slower Page load speed results in bad user experience and generates a lack of confidence.

Slower page load speed could be due to many factors like heavy images, Hosting Server Spec issues, and lousy coding etc.

In addition to the above factors ensure that the overall buying process is sleek. Functions like product search and check out should be seamless and blazing fast.

    Payment Gateways:

There are plenty of payment options available for the end-user to pay. Always ensure that you pick up the one that infuses confidence in the customer and provides them choices for payment gateways.

On the other hand, be careful with your percentages that payment gateway companies charge you.

Depending on your annual turnover, you can pick up some solutions like Paypal, Stripe, Bank payment gateways, Payment gateways companies (Worldpay, Paymentsense etc).

Proton6 works closely with payment processing companies like Paymentsense with good experience in integrating third party payment gateways.

    Security:

Security should be paramount when it comes to eCommerce websites. We are dealing with financial transactions, credit/debit card details, important personal information if your clients. If your client is trusting you with their information as an eCommerce vendor, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all possible security measures in place.

SSL, firewall, Anti-malware, Antivirus, PCI Compliance, Real-Time Bot Detection, and Robust Password Setup, these are a few of the primary measures you should have in place.

Beautifully designed responsive websites catch the eye of the people. So, your business needs to have a customised  website design to grab the attention of your potential audience.

Website design plays an important role in improving your online presence. It can increase your ROI and generate leads.

Yes, building a website is an investment but in the future, it can fetch you more conversions.

In this time of COVID 19, where many businesses are getting skeptical in investing further, you can move altogether in a different direction.

If you are getting hesitant about investing in custom web design, we can help you to decide.

Why is custom and responsive web design worth the investment?

    Leave the first impression:

It’s all about branding these days. No matter how good your services are, but if you don’t present them well, you won’t be able to get people to your doors. A template website will not make you stand out from the crowd. As per Hubspot, 90% of online users will leave the website if it’s weakly designed.

However, with customised web design, you can showcase your brand in a different light with eye-catching visuals. A beautifully designed website makes you promote your business more professionally. Make sure your website displays every aspect of your business so that visitors can get the overall idea of your business.

    Better user interface :

You might have an amazing website, but if it doesn’t function well, you are going to lose customers for sure. Therefore, you need to hire professionals to make an impact on your website.

Factors that affect your conversion rate :

    • Loading time: Customers will leave a website if it takes too long to load.
    • Navigation: If users are not able to find what they are looking for, they will get irritated and leave you right there.
    • Responsiveness: If your website is not responsive, you could lose the majority of your potential customers, as people view websites that are responsive.

With customized web design, you get full control over these factors. This will help you to retain customers and attract new ones.

    Keep your website updated :

With a custom website, you can remain updated with the changing browsing technology. Your visitors will get the best browsing experience and will stick by you.
