The COVID-19 pandemic virus has shaken the whole world. We all are fighting our own battles with this life-threatening virus. We, at Proton.Six, are committed to handhold our clients and provide outstanding service, ensuring the welfare of both our clients and staff members.
All our employees are currently working from home in a safe environment. We have canceled all face to face client meetings and on-site client training to protect the health and well being of all stakeholders. Furthermore, we have also moved our Go live dates and on-site implementations.
All our critical meetings are still taking place using video conferencing. We, at Proton.Six are currently using various video conferencing tools like Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Google Hangouts.
Who do I speak to?
Our project managers have been proactive and have contacted respective clients. We are on a 100% target for updating the high traffic websites with clear client communications. Our support team has continuously monitored support inbox email@example.com. If you are unable to get hold of your account manager, we highly recommend sending requests onto the support inbox.
